Titanium Clean

Titanium cleaning is a controlled cleaning and descaling procedure used for the removal of soils, oxides, recast material, and alpha case from titanium and titanium alloys. The intent is to remove these contaminants and foreign materials prior to chemical milling, fabrication, joining, plating, and welding and in any situation where foreign substances interfere with the corrosion resistance, stability, and quality of the finished product.
