Customer Service Rep.

Description:

Our Mission is to provide customers with confidence through on-time service and quality metal finishing and spray coatings. In an effort to meet the continued growth of the aerospace industry we are looking to add to our customer service department. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Customer Service Representative who can interact in a professional manner with a large volume of calls, emails and internal communications. By following established policies and company direction, customer service employees help to maintain a healthy business relationship with our customers and drive performance to achieve company goals!

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Courteous and effective communication with internal/external customers. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as being tech-savy with a variety of computer programs.

Data entry of customer communications into shared job tracking system.

Proactive involvement in identifying potential issues and using problem solving and critical thinking skills to enhance the customer service experience.

Entering jobs received into the computer system, as needed, to ensure a consistent flow of work to the production floor. This task also provides the CSR with a better understanding of the services we provide to the thousands of customers worldwide.

Strong organizational skills will ensure the candidates ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes.

Other attributes that will ensure your success in this position are a professional and positive disposition, a willingness to learn the business as a whole and of course maintaining confidentiality.

Physical Demands may include but are not limited to:

Periods of sitting (phone and computer work), standing (order entry), walking, carrying (up to 35 lbs) bending, lifting, forklift and pallet jack use may apply.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a pre-employment urine drug screen test
  • U.S. Citizen as defined by ITAR
  • 3-5 years established Customer Service skills
  • Excellent attendance records at previous employers
  • 2 years minimum college experience preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Position is On-Site only, no remote option available.
